The bots for Counter Strike Source don't need downloading or installation, they are built-in the game itself.
The enable and add bots in Counter Strike Cource type the following command in the console :
bot_add 'x' (where x is the number of bots you want to add)
Should you consider that the bots are too easy to kill type the following command in the console to adjust the bots difficuly:
bot_difficulty 'x' (where x is the bots' difficulty level and it ranges from 1 to 5)
